ICE! + Co-Workers

If you live in Dallas, you know that the ultimate Texas hotel/resort is the Gaylord Texan.  I love everything about the Gaylord, because the Gaylord is everything Texas. Every year to launch the Christmas season the resort features ICE! which is an interactive, and freezing experience with over 200 million pounds of ice sculptures and more. 

They even make it snow inside! So magical! 

Beautiful manger scene. To make the ice clear they use highly filtered de-ionized water and 45 gallons to create each 400-pound block of ice to carve.
