Texas State Fair + Co-Workers
The State Fair of Texas is pretty much a phenomenon. It would basically take a few days to see everything and the list of sites and exhibits is endless and incredible. Every year the newest "deep fried" surprise food is premiered, and people line up to try things like deep fried Oreos, deep fried butter, deep fried bubble gum. You wanna deep fry it? Then look no further, because there is someone who can deep fry whatever the heck you want.
Our organization was kind enough to allow us some afternoon time off to explore and have a little fun at the fair this year. So awesome! I could probably do a write up on the State Fair of Texas, but let's be honest...no one has THAT much time on their hands. Please people!

Oh and for the final activity of the day we visited the Texas Discovery Gardens Butterfly sanctuary and I got to release a Monarch Butterfly into the wild - Say whatt?!?!
